By accessing and using the JAM Mission website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. JAM Mission reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by JAM Mission. Booking requests submitted through our website or by phone are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation communication from our team. Payment terms will be provided upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit or stay will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full booking amount. Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Liability & Safety
Visitors participate in all farm activities, animal interactions, and outdoor experiences at their own risk. JAM Mission takes reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment but is not liable for injuries resulting from interaction with animals, farm equipment, natural terrain, or outdoor conditions. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Animal Interaction
Our animals are gentle and accustomed to visitors, but they are still animals. Please follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions when interacting with animals. Feeding is only permitted with approved food provided by JAM Mission. Guests who do not follow animal safety guidelines may be asked to leave.
Property Rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and all animals. Littering, smoking in non-designated areas, loud music after quiet hours, and any harmful behavior toward animals are prohibited. JAM Mission reserves the right to remove any guest who violates property rules without refund.
Photos & Media
By visiting JAM Mission, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff upon arrival.
